2 Features
- It is equipped with Locator feed binlateral Vibration Absorbing
backer and guide on both side of Roller Conveyer, to ensure that
the mult-board can be conveyed into the longitudinal double end
tenoner continuously and steadily

1.1、Feature of longitudinal single rail double end tenoner MQ2102
series
One: frame
(1)its body has function of shock absorption.
Two:feeding equipment
(1)dopts the up pressing structure of pressure roller, to ensure the
precision of processed flooring by the line touch of the roller and
the flooring, without the disadvantage of normal up pressing of the
belt, which can disturb the direction of feeding.
(2)Adopts U-shape rail bearing chain, the rail is a wear-resistant
part, bearing adopts special anti-dust structure, so the dustproof
effect is obvious.
(3) adopts Germany-made membrane pressing-bag device, to ensure even
pressure on the flooring; the lower-sliding-shoe adopts new
structure to ensure the reliable adjustment, which can control the
scratch on the flooring surface.
